Welcome to UCT,
Little league baseball has been going since the city’s first league opened in 1950. The Kokomo Little League was said to have started under the leadership of Vern Vaught and Lloyd Dillman. The youth players competed at Kautz Field originally and is the oldest youth league in Kokomo. The year after KLL began, they moved from Kautz Field to grounds near the former Globe Stove and Range Company on North Street. In 1951 Miller Highland Park opened for its first season of youth baseball and two years later United Commercial Travelers of America (UCT) made a generous donation and the park was renamed to UCT. That is our rich history and today we at UCT still focus on increasing youth self-esteem, improving cooperative skills, and enhancing their understandings of basic baseball fundamentals. We would like to welcome you to our park and invite you to enjoy a great youth baseball game.
